How to re-enroll e-mail addresses in Women In Film’s Constant Contact system:
1. Go to www.wif.org
2. In the left column of homepage click on the button that says “Click Here for the latest WIF Newsletters”.
3. You’ll be taken to the Newsletter Archive page. Click on the text that says “Sign up for our Email Newsletter”.
4. Now you’re on the Mailing List Sign-Up page that is subtitled “Registration”. Enter your e-mail address in the open field and click on “Submit”.
5. You’re still on the Mailing List Sign-Up page but now the subtitle is “Update Your Women In Film Profile". Re-enter your e-mail address in the open field and click on “Submit”.
6. You’re still on the Mailing List Sign-Up page with the subtitle is “Update Your Women In Film Profile” with a Thank You message.
7. The WIF’s Constant Contact system will send you send you an e-mail with the subject “Update your profile”. In the e-mail, click on the text that says “Update your profile”.
8. A window will open in your web browser titled “Update Your Women In Film Profile”. On the left in the section titled “Your Interests”, select the option that says “I wish to continue receiving occasional mailings based on my interests.
9. On this same page enter a check in the box that says “WIF General Mailing List (updated February, 2009)” and then click on the button that says, “Save Profile Changes”.
10. You’re still on the “Update Your Women In Film Profile” with a Thank You message.
11. Another e-mail will arrive with the subject “Thank you for joining our mailing list.” This will confirm that you are re-enrolled.
