

For 2013 WIF distributed $30,000 in cash and in-kind filmmaker grants during the Sundance Film Festival. Jordana Spiro, filmmaker of SKIN received the Women In Film / CalmDown Productions Grant and Martha Shane & Lana Wilson, filmmakers of After Tiller were awarded the Women In Film Documentary Grant.
The WIF/CalmDown grant included $5,000 in cash, 5,000 feet of Kodak film, $1,000 in budgeting/scheduling software from Entertainment Partners and $5,000 in post-production services from Technicolor.The WIF Documentary Grant included $5,000 in cash and $1,000 in budgeting/scheduling software from Entertainment Partners.
An additional $8,000 in budgeting/scheduling software from Entertainment Partners will go to the Sundance Institute Narrative Program.
After Tiller also won the $5,000 Candescent Award from Candescent Films for a documentary that features a socially conscious message.
