 Wendy and Lisa
Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman, also known as "Wendy & Lisa," are a musical composing duo. They currently score the Emmy-winning NBC drama Heroes, Showtime's critically-acclaimed Nurse Jackie and NBC's new drama Mercy. They were awarded a Grammy for their work on Purple Rain.  Helene Muddiman
Muddiman, a British feature film composer, is about to make her first national film release on October 30th for the film Skin. Her passion for the film and desire to get the music exact is very inspiring. For more info on Skin, CLICK HERE.
 Lisbeth Scott
Scott’s uniquely moving and shiver-inducing voice has been heard on literally hundreds of films. John Williams wrote a 5 minute solo specifically for her in the score for Spielberg’s film Munich. She was the featured vocalist and co-lyricist for the John Debney score to the film The Passion of the Christ, and was the featured vocalist and songwriter for the Disney film Narnia: The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe. Lisbeth is currently running an innovative web-based photo campaign called “Hope is a Thing” (www.hopeisathing.com) in conjunction to the release of her new album of the same title next month.  Hillary Thomas
A Women in Film member, Hillary is a composer for film and television. She has scored the award-winning film, On Great White Wings and has a number of upcoming projects secured for the future.

 Lisa Gewirtz
WIF Board member Lisa Gewirtz (also known professionally as Lisa Gold) hails from New York City, and has spent her entire life performing music, first with her family, and as an adult, as a solo artist/songwriter/keyboard player. Her goal in life: put a smile on your face and a song in your heart.
WIF Speaker Series presents guest speakers ranging from actors and directors to producers and public relations executives. These popular events allow the attendees to enjoy a lively discussion and interact with our special guests while enjoying hors d'oeuvres after a busy work day. This is a great opportunity to network and make new contacts with others in the industry.
